MVB noticed these ITMs were being under-utilized by customers who expected the same-old ATM experience. Stature was asked to help create a multi-channel campaign letting folks know that things have changed.
The team at MVB created the “MAX” moniker to demonstrate how friendly and easy the experience is. Stature contributed a visual identity system and tone-of-voice to make sure busy customers took notice.
